Stop by on Saturday, October 15 between 9am-12pm for our first annual community “Rivalry” Food Donation Day! We’re all familiar with the rivalry between Oregon State University’s Beavers and University of Oregon’s Ducks. Drive through the Silverton Community Center parking lot with your food donations, and choose whether your donated food items will go in the barrel to support either the Beavers or the Ducks! After we’ve collected the food, we’ll weigh the donations for each team and announce the team whose supporters donated the most food to SACA! We hope you’ll join us for this fun, new event.<\/div>\n

Suggested items to give: soup, canned tuna\/chicken, personal hygiene items (menstrual products, soap, toothbrushes\/toothpaste, shampoo\/conditioner, deodorant, etc.), baby diapers (all sizes) and wipes<\/div>\n

Other items to collect: canned goods (chili, beans, vegetables, fruit, pasta like “Chef Boyardee”, etc.), peanut butter, cereal, dry beans<\/div>\n

Items we have plenty of: canned tomato products, pasta, rice<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Todos estamos familiarizados con la rivalidad entre los Castores de la Universidad Estatal de Oreg\u00f3n y los Patos de la Universidad de Oreg\u00f3n. \u00a1Conduzca por el estacionamiento del Centro Comunitario de Silverton con sus donaciones de alimentos y elija si sus alimentos donados ir\u00e1n al barril para apoyar a los Castores o los Patos! \u00a1Despu\u00e9s de que hayamos recolectado los alimentos, pesaremos las donaciones para cada equipo y anunciaremos el equipo cuyos seguidores donaron la mayor cantidad de alimentos a SACA! Esperamos que se una a nosotros en este nuevo y divertido evento.<\/div>\n
